Our Mission
At The Boss Up Agency, our mission is to transform the way women lead—starting from within.
While women-owned businesses have grown by 114% over the last two decades, the reality remains sobering: 20% don’t make it past year one, and 50% fail within five years. We believe this isn’t due to a lack of ambition—but a lack of support systems that address the whole entrepreneur, not just the business model.
The current landscape of entrepreneurship is marked by silent suffering:
72% of founders struggle with mental health
47% exercise less, lose sleep, and spend 60–70% less time with loved ones
36% experience burnout
The average founder reports a 7.6/10 level of loneliness
And cash flow stress disproportionately impacts Black and Latinx women founders.
We exist to change that.
Founded in 2020, The Boss Up Agency is a wellness-centered consultancy redefining what success looks and feels like for women founders. We help entrepreneurs integrate mindfulness, movement, and mindset tools into the rhythm of their leadership—so that success is sustainable, energy is protected, and peace becomes a priority.
Through coaching, community, and transformational experiences, we’re on a mission to increase the survival rate of women-owned businesses and radically improve the mental health of the women building them.
